They all started their lives in the Sinclair family. The four liars, they- were happy together. But plain living really doesn’t last long. Grown-ups were creating huge problems for house, pearls. The liars were fully disgusted with them and did something…..

This is a beautiful book about love and loss, friendship and loss, sadness and joy, grief and trauma. This is a book about bravery, finding one’s true self, and accepting the truth the way it exists. I really appreciate the author’s effort to deliver us so many important lessons through Cady’s voice. The theme and the journey till the ending were enjoyable to me. But I couldn’t help but loathe the way all these amazing ideas and themes are executed. The writing is very childish and horrible at times. The dialogues are full of cliche. Where I liked the things Cady and the liars were discussing with us, I couldn’t bring myself to like the bad way it was being presented. The writing and the dialogues could have been way better. And for someone who gives a lot of attention to the writing style of a book, it was a huge drawback for me.

I was thinking why all were screaming only by saying the twist. Now I understand, two twists so!! First, I was reading and trying to understand what they are wanting to do. My smile faded after the first epic twist, and I was trying to console myself saying, Oh you asshole! It’s just a story! The second twist was, they haven’t died yet! But yeah, a dream, that could happen; and Cady wished it to happen. Without any sorrow, without again startup life is no life at all. The dream remains a dream. This was so heart-touching…But yeah, It was unable to cry me!. That’s one of my successes. ^_^
